The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they achieve their desired outcomes. You will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge IT solutions and our clients’ success, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation. Your passion for customer satisfaction and your problem-solving skills will ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to align our IT solutions for maximum impact.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes with our services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expansion, contributing to business growth.
  • Manage renewals and ensure customer retention by delivering exceptional service.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, ideally within the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex customer challenges.
  • Familiarity with IT solutions, digital transformation, and cloud services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer success platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a bonus.


What We Offer:

  • £65,000 - £75,000 per year
  • Bonus scheme
