The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they achieve their desired outcomes. You will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge IT solutions and our clients’ success, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation. Your passion for customer satisfaction and your problem-solving skills will ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to align our IT solutions for maximum impact.
- Drive product adoption and ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes with our services.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expansion, contributing to business growth.
- Manage renewals and ensure customer retention by delivering exceptional service.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, ideally within the IT or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex customer challenges.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, digital transformation, and cloud services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer success platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a bonus.

- £65,000 - £75,000 per year
- Bonus scheme
