With a commitment to cultural diversity and innovation, the company is now seeking a Software Product Technology Manager to join their team in Bristol, UK.

This role involves collaboration with key customers to define software enablement, optimization requirements, and develop strategies within the broader software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the software roadmap and strategy for development, optimization, and delivery activities.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product plans.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify strengths/weaknesses of solutions.
• Engage with open-source communities and support software product deployment across various markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors to prioritize features.

Skills Required:

• Experience in software requirements management, development (e.g., firmware, OS, apps).
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently as part of a global team.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of open-source software lifecycles and technical product management.
• Experience with hardware-software integration and non-functional requirements like performance optimization and safety.
