Job Description
Plans, directs, and oversees construction projects ranging from multiple median sized projects to large, multiple-contract projects. Projects are typically of moderate to high complexity. Accountable for all construction management activities on assigned projects. Directs project analyses and reporting to ensure completion and addresses deficiencies, issues, risks and/or overruns. Directs and evaluates the performance and activities of construction employees to ensure quality completion of construction service assignments on time and within budget limits. Develops new opportunities for business through proposal and general contact with current and potential clients. Provides internal consultation to construction representatives in project offices and acts as a technical resource to other function groups within the firm. Participates in the administration and operational management of the construction services group, as required. Reviews government regulation in order to provide consultation services that reflect an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legal requirements. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. 15 years of relevant experience. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Lead Program Management experience on roadway programs is preferred.
