Transformation Lead

An exciting opportunity to join a renowned insurance group as a Transformation Lead. This role has a global scope and requires a unique background and set of skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the insurance industry - specifically within underwriting or claims functions - and within a change, transformation or delivery role.

This role is part of a dynamic and collaborative team of Business Analysts, AI specialists, and Solution Architects to design AI-enabled processes and user journeys.

This will work closely with the Underwriting/Claims teams, so experience working with relevant teams/processes/methodologies is required.

Must Haves:

• Experience working in the Lloyd's of London insurance industry or in-depth understanding of P&C insurance.
• Experience working in Underwriting or Claims.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge with other core functions such as Underwriting, claims, marketing, distribution, legal, and operations.
• An interest in AI and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role located in the City of London, 2-3 days in the office depending on the needs of the business.
