Operations Manager

Operations Manager - Onsite in Surrey- up to £60,000 per annum

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our rapidly scaling client. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Continuously review the business operational processes ensuring efficiency
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Create a business resilience plan to ensure all potential risks/scenarios are considered
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Occupational Health and Safety
• 3 + years working in a similar role within manufacturing
• Knowledge of HVAC, electronics and other building systems
• Excellent time management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Knowledge of ERP Systems
