Business Development Director, CRO

Skills Alliance is currently partnered with a mid-sized CRO and Consulting business as they look to continue strengthening there Business Development function. They are currently looking for a Director of Business Development to drive forward their business with a focus on developing existing and previous accounts.

Director Business Development - Responsibilities:

• Work with the CCO to identify and establish long term client relationships whilst also focusing on developing existing business.
• Collaborate with members of the Commercial team to ensure outstanding client experiences throughout all interactions, from initial needs assessment to delivery and follow-up
• Work closely with the Marketing team to create new marketing strategies that attract new business

Director Business Development - Requirements:

• Between 3 - 7 years BD experience across the EU CRO / Consultancy market
• Experience selling numerous services
• Business level English is required
• Willing to travel across Europe
