Teaching Assistant - full time, Temporary
Chesterfield
£19,000 - £23,000 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
This large primary school is part of a Multi Academy Trust is passionate about the quality of care they provide for their pupils. The school has a strong leadership team and dedicated staff who have a real pride in their aspects of teaching and learning. The academy trust has a clear vision for developing all children into confident, successful, and motivated learners, and with a feeling of being safe and respected. The successful Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant will be working five days a week. You will provide general classroom support for a Year 5/6 class as well as some small group work. The role would suit someone with excellent knowledge of the Upper Key Stage Two curriculum, ideally someone who has worked in Year 5/6 recently.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
