Job Description
Drylining Site Manager - High End Fit Out Contractor - Permanent
One of the UK's leading Super Prime Fit Out and Interior contractors are sekeing to recruit a Site Manager with a strong Drylining background due to a series of new contract wins in the capital
My client has several large scale contracts in London including a £100m 6* Hotel Fit Out, a £30m Commercial Fit Out and a large £40m Entertainment Facility fit out.
The Role
You will ensure the effective management of supervisors, site operative and/or sub-contractors ensuring that all works identified as being within the defined project scope of supply are completed correctly, to specification and within the identified project programme/schedule.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Drylining Manager, a site management role or a trades background and extensive supervisory experience
* Experience in new build or high quality fit outs
* Working knowledge of joinery and finishing trades
* Good communication skills
* Ability to plan ahead and organise workload
* Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
* Dry Lining Experience
* CSCS/CSR Supervisor card
* First Aid Trained
