Our client is a growing company known for their top-notch care and the difference their team makes. This position is commutable form Exeter, Exmouth, Sidmouth and surrounding areas

As the Home Manager, you'll be:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the residential care home.
Directing a team of care professionals with a passion for delivering the highest standards of care.
Building excellent relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
Participating in leisure and social activities, which are a crucial part of the residents' day.
