Job Description

I am currently recruiting a site manager for a regional groundwork contractor. My client deliver groundwork packages for both residential and commercial developments and operate across the central belt of England.

Site manager responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the project manager and contracts manager.

* Managing health and safety compliance.

* QA/ QC.

* Managing and allocating labour, materials and plant.

* Record keeping.

* Liaising with the client and other subcontractors on site.

* Attending progress meetings.

* Tool box talks.

Site manager requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* CSCS card (Gold/ Black).

* NVQ level 3 or above.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid,

* Full UK driving licence.

* Previous groundwork experience.
