Shift: Day shifts
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with experience in the care sector? We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at a medium-sized care home in Leicester, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of carers to deliver outstanding person-centered care.
• Ensure care plans are followed and updated, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
• Assist with the administration of medication, ensuring all records are kept up to date.
• Work closely with management to ensure compliance with CQC standards and provide ongoing staff training.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
What We're Looking For:
• Prior experience in a similar leadership role within a care environment.
• A caring, empathetic nature with strong communication skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must live within a reasonable distance from Market Harborough.
