Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Bath
Salary: £37,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist with exceptional technical abilities to join a well-established team in Bath. The RIBA-chartered practice has projects across the residential, commercial, conservation and education sectors and assists clients through all RIBA stages. The team have a strong focus on creating sustainable and long-lasting designs.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification in a UK-based practice and will have ideally worked on commercial and residential projects. You will have excellent technical skills and great knowledge of current UK building regulations. AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
CIAT accredited, or actively working towards
Significant experience working in a UK-based practice
Excellent technical knowledge
Proven experience running projects through RIBA stages 3-7
Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors
Oversee project delivery
Support junior team members
AutoCAD knowledge is essential
