Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £24k - £34k + Training & Benefits
Due to continued growth, our Client is seeking a hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer to join their busy team in South Yorkshire. This role would suit candidates based close to the M1 for easier travel to Client sites, and candidates who have a well-rounded skillset would be best matched due to the range of duties involved in the position. Our Client can consider candidates from: Doncaster, Mexborough, Rotherham, Sheffield, Dronfield, Workstop, Retford, Barnsley, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Mirfield, Brighouse, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds, Garforth, Rothwell, Kippax, Pontefract, Castleford, Thorne, Goole, Snaith, Askern, Stocksbridge, Wombwell, Featherstone, Horbury, Normanton, Penistone, Killamarsh.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Will need experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a well-established outfit
- Industry-related training would be beneficial but not essential to applications (for example: TMV Servicing, Legionella Awareness, Cleans & Disinfections)
- Will hold strong industry technical knowledge, and working in accordance with HSG 274, HTM 0301 & ACOP L8 guidelines
- Ideally will hold experience working across a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Industrial and Local Authority
- Hardworking and efficient work ethic
The Role:
- Working as a Water Hygiene Engineer, undertaking a mix of duties, including: CWST Cleans & Disinfections, TMV Servicing, Outlet Flushing, Showerhead Descales and Mains Injections
- Completing work reports and updating logbooks
- Working both independently and within smaller teams in order to complete projects
- Ensuring to adhere to HSE guidelines
- Travelling to sites as per Client requirements
