About Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team, a Tier 1 subcontractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in areas such as Data Centres, fit out, and commercial projects. Strong backgrounds in residential projects will not be considered for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to provide detailed information in their CV, including technical expertise and a comprehensive overview of their previous roles and day-to-day responsibilities.
What's on offer for Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
The ideal candidate for this position will already be operating at a senior level and will be compensated accordingly. The salary for this role ranges from 85k to 100k. In addition to the competitive salary, the package includes a car allowance of 5k, health insurance for the candidate, 25 days of annual leave, and a performance-based bonus. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible and the interview process will consist of a first stage with a commercial manager, followed by an interview with the commercial director.
