Your new role
Hays is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a large DevOps transformation project, working to deliver efficient workflows and innovative IT solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to be on site in Swindon 1 or 2 days a week, and will ideally have previous government experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in a range of programming languages
- Knowledge of Git as a version control system
- Expertise across DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker
- Understanding of cloud platforms, primarily AWS
- Experience with monitoring tools and security tools such as IDS and SIEM
- Solid understanding of security principles and best practices
