As the Registered Manager, Children's Residential, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the daily operations of the 4 bedroom children's residential home
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations
Leading and managing the staff team
Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans
Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions
Setting up policies and procedures
Implementing plans for all childrenPackage and Benefits:

Level 5 qualification
2 years of experience working in a residential setting
1 year of management experience
Therapeutic approach
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations
Ability to work under pressure
