Are you an experienced financial professional looking for a dynamic role that offers strategic input and leadership? Our Andover based client is seeking a Financial Controller to manage all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control within their growing company.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?
Oversee Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, month-end procedures, and management accounts.
Reconcile bank statements, complete VAT returns, and manage balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and support year-end audits with external auditors.
Provide strategic financial insights to Directors and ensure best financial practices.
Manage Directors’ earnings for tax returns, oversee pension accounts, chair management meetings, and report on key office metrics.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
Fully Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA or qualified by experience in a similar role.
Excellent communicator with strong business acumen
Proactive and adaptable with a results-driven mindset
Ability to train and support finance staff, while collaborating with the management team.
