Job Description
Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Year 5 - Interventions)
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a low-ability Year 5 class in Barnet. This full-time role involves providing tailored interventions and additional support to help pupils progress in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing targeted interventions to low-ability students in Year 5.
* Supporting the classroom teacher in managing the learning environment and assisting with lesson delivery.
* Working one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils achieve their learning goals.
* Creating and maintaining an engaging and supportive atmosphere for all students.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Experience working with primary school children, preferably in KS2.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in N11.
