Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with learning difficulties, ensuring their individual educational needs are met.
Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and adapting classroom materials.
Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to monitor student progress.
Support students during classroom activities, ensuring they can participate fully.
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
Attend meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.
Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of learning difficulties and strategies to support students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or special needs support is desirable.
