THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor
Being a Behaviour Mentor, you should become a good role model for young students with challenging behaviour and play a key role in supporting the social, emotional, and behavioural development of our primary school students. The role will consist of providing one-to- one support to enable the pupil to adopt a positive learning environment and for you to address any behavioural challenges. Also, you will engage children in after school clubs to promote teamwork and teach them to respect one another.
THE SCHOOL- Behaviour Mentor
The primary school is committed to providing a caring, welcoming and happy environment, to ensure the needs of the children are met. You will be able to travel to the school by public transport, as there is an underground and over ground station nearby. The school consists of 421 pupils, aged 3 to 11 years old. The amazing community school was given an Ofsted rating of ‘Good,’ due to their positive, ambitious ethos and safe environment.
