£36,648 - £47,420 per annum (pay award pending)

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting for a newly created post for an Education and SEN Lawyer role! This is fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on a new role and to develop your career!

Key responsibilities for the Education and SEN Lawyer role:

Handling a caseload of SEND matters.
Dealing with SEND tribunals.
Drafting local authority responses, position statements, casework and collating final evidence.
Drafting witness statements.
Chairing legal planning and pre-hearing meetings.
Providing general education law advice to client departments and schools.Experience required for the SEN and Education Lawyer role:

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
Some understanding and experience of SEND is essential.Benefits of the Education and SEN Lawyer role will include:
