Job Description

Job title: Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Shift Engineer
Location: Static site in Oxford (OX11)
Terms: 4on 4off Days Only (7am to 7pm)
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between £43,000 - £44,000 Per annum

Requirements:
* City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrcial/Mechancial/Plumbimg or AC
* 18th Ediiton (Desired)
* Bulding services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong shift engineer to be based on a high end commercial site in Oxford (OX11) We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Electrical distribution systems
Generator testing
Air conditioning system, VAV, VRV and FCU's
Air Handling Units
Pumps
Water Treatment including Tap temperature testing and outlet flushing
Building management system.
Weekly fire alarm testing
Monthly Emergency lighting tests
HVAC maintenance
Heating and cooling related issues
Electrical fault finding
Lighting repairs
Assisting engineers with other PPM or reactive tasks
