My client, a globally recognised construction consultancy, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building surveys, inspections, and audits across a range of sectors.
Provide expert advice on building defects, maintenance, refurbishment, and restoration projects.
Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Contract administration
Project Management
Requirements:
MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of managing and delivering projects across various sectors.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
