TeacherActive are proud to be working with a large number of Primary Schools across Exmouth. We are actively recruiting for Supply Teaching Assistant s to support our school network with quality and consistent staff.
Our Supply Teaching Assistant s play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Supply Teaching Assistant doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.
The successful Supply Teaching Assistant will have:
Level 3 or equivalent
Primary School experience in the UK
Good communication skills
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
