Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a market-leading manufacturer in the field of specialised life science equipment who due to their continue growth are currently seeking an experienced Production Technician to join our dynamic and growing team.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical assembly processes. You will play a vital role in assembling and testing products, as well as working on prototypes when necessary. The role also involves participating in quality inspections and adhering to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electro-mechanical assembly and testing based on drawings and instructions.
* Work on product prototypes as required.
* Conduct inspections per quality assurance standards.
* Adhere to the company’s quality management system.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills and Experience:
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a small team.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with production and engineering teams.
* Technical proficiency in reading and following drawings, parts lists, and procedures.
* Extensive knowledge of both electrical and mechanical assembly.
* Experience in improving products and processes.
