A leading developer is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to oversee a circa 200-unit phase with various residential RC Frame blocks. The role involves managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and managing a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the technical delivery of a 200-unit phase, ensuring compliance with project goals, regulations, and timelines.
* Lead and manage teams, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors.
* Review architectural plans and address technical challenges during the project lifecycle.
