Job Description
Our client is a global manufacturing business with 4 locations in the North East region.They are currently looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for one of their units in Washington on a permanent basis. This will be on a dayshift basis only.
Duties will include:
1. Supervision of 15 operators and 1 team leader
2. Managing a downstream process department
3. Introducing continuous improvement and 5S within the team and department
4. Managing outputs and performance across machinery and labour
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years Supervisory experience in a similar manufacturing environment and have a good knowledge of implementing continuous improvement within a business.
The Company has an excellent record of developing talent and promoting from within and are looking for someone with equal ambition.
Working hours are 7am-3,30pm Monday to Friday.
Annual holiday are 25 days plus BH
