We are working with an established FMCG Manufacturer based in Northampton to recruit a Manufacturing Manager to join their team.

The Manufacturing Manager needs to possess a strong hands-on background in leading teams. This role will be responsible for leading 70-90 strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Leading a team to hit targets including KPI setting through to HR issues including disciplinaries in a manufacturing environment

* Planning and scheduling production

* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

* Continuous Improvement - scrap reduction etc.

* Manage the flow & ordering of materials.

* Overseeing the logistics to ensure customers orders are delivered OTIF.

Skills and experience required:

* Experienced Manufacturing Manager within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Continuous Improvement / Process Improvements implementation

* Aware of Health and safety regulations regarding work carried out

* Good commercial awareness
