Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £85-£100 per day

Location: Islington

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to join our dedicated team on a full-time, long-term basis. This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from £160-£210 per day, depending on experience. The role is available due to the exciting expansion of our early years team, reflecting our commitment to providing excellent education from the very start of a child’s learning journey. As an EYFS Teacher, you will work with a class of approximately 30 eager and enthusiastic children, focusing on fostering their growth in a supportive and engaging manner. You will have the opportunity to inspire young minds and help them develop essential skills in a nurturing environment.

Application Requirements:

• A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant early years qualifications.

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Experience in a similar role, particularly within a diverse and inclusive setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, parents, and staff alike.

• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt and cater to the diverse needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.

• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to support their development.

• Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.

• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the educational experience.

• Engaging with parents and caregivers to foster a strong school-home partnership.
