Job Description

Are you a Buildings Maintenance Engineer who wants to work Monday to Friday days only 8am to 5pm for a base salary of £45000 per annum?

If you are electrically qualified and want to work in a general facilities maintenance role for a manufacturing company that have production plants located all over the UK then please read on.

The basics:

Salary: £45000 + overtime available = earnings of £47000 and upwards achievable

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with 1 weekend in every 4. When working the 1 in 4 weekends you would then have Thursday to Sunday off.

Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the UK we know require a Buildings Maintenance Engineer to join the business.

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager you will be tasked on general facilities electrical work - lighting, power etc. with some work to include, heating and ventilation, boilers, basic plumbing etc.

The ideal Buildings Maintenance Engineer will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

Electrically qualified - Must be able to present these at interview

Plumbing experience

F-gas - certificate beneficial

Competent working in a general facilities maintenance role - lighting, power, plumbing etc.

Commutable from: Plymouth, Saltash and surrounding areas.
