Customer Account Manager

Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experiencea

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week - Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm with a 1pm finish on Friday

We are looking to recruit for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a thriving manufacturing company in Poole.

Working in a friendly team of 4, you will look after around 20 long standing customers and their ongoing / new projects.

This is a busy role that will see you providing excellent customer service, providing quotations, processing orders, communicating with other departments and ensuring projects are running smoothly.

Some of your duties will include;

* Building relationships with new and existing customers

* Providing quotations

* Loading sales orders on to the system

* Responding to customer enquiries regarding stock, progress and pricing

* General office administration including updating internal databases

The main focus of this role is building and maintaining relationships with your assigned customers.

Our ideal candidate will possess;

* Previous experience within a customer service / account manager

* Experience of looking after your own customer accounts

* A cheerful and friendly disposition

* Excellent communication skills

* A proactive approach

* Good IT skills, experience with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook.
