Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

  • Provide timely and accurate guidance to project teams to foster a culture of quality excellence.
  • Ensure processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle, utilising the correct tools, materials, and methods.
  • Review quality documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
  • Plan, manage, and conduct regular audits and inspections.
  • Support project teams and suppliers in producing Lifetime Records.
  • Report on quality performance metrics to help track project progress.
  • Monitor and review non-conformance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client and contractor quality teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience using quality tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Security Clearance (SC) UKSV clearance or previous SC clearance is advantageous. (you can start in the role whilst the application is 'in-progress'.

Desired:

  • Membership of the CQI or working towards it. (preferred but not essential as my client will support)
  • CSCS card. (Gain upon starting in the role)
  • Experience working in the construction industry.
