Sales Account Manager
Eye, Suffolk - Office based (NOT Remote)

We are working with a leading provider of quality products, committed to delivery high quality options to their customers, who are seeking a Sales Account Manager.
This role will be 80/20 sales with an element of administration support to the accounts department.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be confident in picking up the telephone and be able to think on their feet. A background in sales or customer service would be a huge advantage although training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and professional communication
•Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
•Visit clients and understand business needs
•Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system
•Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies
•To raise sales orders and assist in the completion of sales invoices
•To assist Accounts Department with admin tasks
What They're Looking For:
•Previous experience in sales will help enomously.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Additional Information:
•Working Hours: Monday - Friday Full Time
•Hourly Rate: Circa £13ph - Negotiable depending on experience.
•Location: Eye, Suffolk - parking on site and car available to visit your lovely customers
