Job Details:

Provide compassionate and tailored support to young individuals with various needs.
Work directly in service within Chelmsford.
Offer assistance in areas such as complex needs, emotional needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with Children/young adults (minimum 1 years).
PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) or restraint training.
Enhanced DBS on the update service.
Full Work experience.
