Job Description
Maintenance Manager. Based in Northwood, Middlesex my client has a new requirement for an Maintenance Manager. Please note this role required working days are Tuesday to Saturday - 8.30am to 5.30pm!
You must have/be:
* Proficiency in general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
* Must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual labour for extended periods
Role involves:
* General Maintenance
* Repairs and Upkeep
* Preventative Maintenance
* Safety and Compliance
