Job Description
Acoustic Consultant:
My client is a reputable acoustics consultancy based in London, specialising in providing a comprehensive range of noise and vibration services. These services encompass Noise Impact Assessments, Acoustic Advice, Architectural Designs, Planning, and Mapping and have been instrumental in a wide array of domestic projects in the United Kingdom.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Acoustics or a relevant subject and/or with the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with using acoustic software such as ODEON, INSUL, and CaDnaA
Full UK driver's licence
Strong technical background in Building and Environmental acoustics
Working knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustic industryResponsibilities:
Manage junior team members onsite and throughout the life cycle of a project to ensure work is meeting a high standard.
Take a hands-on approach to ensure that workload is fully managed in an efficient manner
Undertake onsite assessments to mitigate any inefficiencies evident from testing and survey work and ensure that remedial advice is provided to ensure compliance with British Standards and key UK regulations.Benefits:
