Daily Duties

* To deliver lifestyle clinical assessments of patients

* To be proactive in the design of health promotion campaigns empowering employees with the knowledge to make informed decisions on their health

* To provide evidence-based advice tailored to the patient’s health profile (adiposity, biochemistry, blood screening) and stage of behaviour change

* To formulate and implement written action plans based on treatment prescription, which is modified for the applicable stage of change

* To support patients living with lifestyle induced disease to make positive and sustainable lifestyle choices for enhanced chronic disease management

* To deliver evidence-based exercise sessions to groups

* To interpret clinical data and assess patients’ clinical risk, making informed decisions whether to escalate to GP or OH practitioners for further investigation and management
