Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day
Location: Brent

About the role:
We are excited to invite applications for a full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialisation in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this rewarding role, you will be joining our ARP (Additional Resource Provision) class, where you’ll work 1:1 with students with ASD, supporting their unique learning needs. This position is perfect for someone who brings a positive, empathetic attitude and has experience working with SEN children. A Level 2 or 3 qualification is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs or a related field (Level 2 or 3 preferred).
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other SEN needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and patient attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to ASD students within the ARP class, ensuring their educational needs are met.
• Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
• Assist in the creation and adaptation of resources to support students’ learning and engagement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students’ social and emotional development.
