Job Description

Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer in the City.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work in a
dynamic urban environment.

Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
£33,000 - £36,000 + company benefits
Pension, private health care & plenty other company benefitsResponsibilities:

General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
Painting & Decorating
Tiling
Carpentry
Basic plumbing
Drainage & flushing
Changing light bulbs
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Minor electrical works
Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.Requirements:

Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
