Job Title: Site Manager – Cat-A & Cat-B Office Fitout
Location: Derby
Start Date: Mid-October 2024

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-quality Cat-A and Cat-B office fitout project in Derby. The role is scheduled to start in mid-October 2024 and will require someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage all aspects of on-site construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring timely delivery of the project.
* Ensure all works are completed to the highest quality and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the fitout.
* Regularly report on progress, issues, and potential risks to the project manager.
* Ensure that Cat-A (shell and core) and Cat-B (tenant-specific) elements are delivered according to design specifications.
* Problem-solving and managing challenges that arise on-site.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing Cat-A and Cat-B office fitout projects.
* SMSTS certification is essential.
* First Aid and CSCS certifications are required.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety, and building regulations.
* Ability to communicate effectively with the wider project team, including contractors, architects, and clients.
* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
