Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technician
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000- 45,000 depending on experience

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technician will be a proven job runner with extensive experience working across a range of medium to large scale projects and have experience managing a small team.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technician:
Degree or HND/HNC in architectural technology or related subject
CIAT registered
Substantial post qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Must have experience with medium to large projects ideally in the industrial sector
Thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Manage a small team and assist with training
Keen eye for detail
Strong technical abilities
Produce high quality detailed drawings and packages
Comfortable liaising with clients, contractors and local authorities
Job running experience
Proactive and positive approach to work
Live locally to Manchester
