Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £160-£210 per day

About the role:

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant early years teaching experience.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to the development of young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and its application in the classroom.
• Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and creativity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
