Your professional building surveying duties as a Chartered Building Surveyor include carrying out RICS Level 2 & 3 surveys, undertaking building defect analysis, advising on remedial works, producing schedules of conditions, and writing technical reports. You will also provide dilapidation services including preparing schedules of dilapidations, conducting negotiations, and overseeing works.
