This role would suit an ambitious Manager / leader from Manufacturing / FMG or similar, passionate about leading and mentoring, looking to get their foot in the door of a globally renowned food manufacturer.

The Role:

• Leading a team of Engineers to ensure smooth running of the Maintenance department
• Hitting KPIs
• Planning and executing maintenance programme

The Candidate:

• Strong Leadership / Managerial acumen
• Background in manufacturing / FMCG or similar
• Looking for long term employment and progression
