Position Summary Under limited supervision, the Bilingual - Cross Referencing Specialist will be in charge of completing cross reference product requests submitted to the Technical Product Support team by the sales organization as they are prioritized by the Cross Referencing Manager. This team member will also be a key subject matter expert on any cross reference related continuous improvement initiatives that may require gather data or giving feedback on system function needs and limitations as directed by the Cross Referencing Manager.
