Job Description: Position Title: Business Systems Analyst - Specialist Line of Business: Digital Technology: Online and mobile banking - front end applications Contract Duration: 12 months Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - in office every weds and 3rd Friday Location Address: 81 Bay Street Project: Will be working on multiple projects related to online and mobile banking. Potential for new projects and working on existing projects . Job Description: - Expert in use case activity diagrams ○ System use cases showing interaction between user/DCT systems/supporting actors ○ Propter notation ○ System use cases are NOT screen flow - Understanding and working with business rules and how they relate to systems - Understanding data and data movement; integration with external systems - Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources - Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle - Collaborate with UX and content teams - Supporting QA and using QA tools to do that support Must haves: 1. 8 years of experience as a BSA with previous FI experience 2. Confluence/JIRA/MS Teams/ALM 3. Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories/scenarios/acceptance criteria for Dev/QA workflow and consumption 4. Previous mobile banking experience Nice to have: - Previous banking experience - CBAP Certification Education and Certifications: CBAP - nice to have - focus is more on work experience Apply
