Job SummaryAlways Best Care Senior Services is seeking highly experienced and qualified NAs, CNAs, RNs and LPNs to join its Kaneohe Facility's healthcare team at its Honolulu, Hawaii location. The ideal candidate will have experience providing compassionate and knowledgeable care and will possess a strong work ethic and the desire to secure the long-term health and well-being of seniors and other vulnerable members of the community. This Full Time position is available for an individual contributor role, with a competitive salary of $42 per hour and paid weekly.Compensation & Benefits•Salary: $42 per hour•Position Type: Full Time•Hours / Length of Contract: 40 hours per week•Benefits: Paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401kScheduling Options : Flexible schedulingChoose your own shiftsFull-time/ Part-timeOn-call positionsWorkplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferencesResponsibilities•Direct and collaborate with other team members in order to promote the health and safety of seniors in the Kaneohe Facility.•Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to food preparation, bathing and grooming.•Ensure patient confidence and comfort by providing a clean, safe, and supportive environment.•Monitor patient health progress to communicate changes in condition to nursing staff and coordinate with physician staff as appropriate.•Analyze patients' individual needs and develop appropriate care plans accordingly.•Facilitate activities for daily living in order to maximize patient physical, mental, and emotional well-being.•Implement all care plans as prescribed by the physician and provide timely updates regarding any changes in patient status.•Comply with guidelines and regulations set forth by regulatory bodies and local, state, and federal government agencies.Requirements•Currently licensed NA, CNA, RN, or LPN in the state of Hawaii•At least 2 years of professional experience providing care to the elderly or disabled•Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to provide compassionate and knowledgeable care to patients•Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS)Call for more details: 808-207-8558To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.comEEOC StatementAlways Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
