Principal Aerodynamics Engineer
SALARY - UP TO £60,000!
Location - Bristol

The role:
This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of project milestones by working closely with Aerodynamics team leads, Technical Experts, and Project Management teams. Additionally, you will assist the Aerodynamics Group Leads with reporting, long-term team development, skill enhancement, and recruitment efforts. The position offers the chance to utilise various CFD tools and methods, along with in-house performance analysis tools. There may also be opportunities to lead wind tunnel testing campaigns and support flight trials.

Strong technical expertise in Aerodynamics and Performance
Proven experience in leading task packages with a consistent track record of delivering results on time, within budget, and to a high standard
A commitment to mentoring and coaching others, with a genuine interest in their development
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, with strong communication and influencing skills
For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
