Senior Engineer
Fully Remote
£50k-£55k plus benefits
Our client is a well-known name in engineering, working to create a safe and secure world. They are seeking a senior engineer to manage the delivery of engineering and technical matters for the life of a project. You will possess high level of relevant knowledge and can resolve problems and produce reports on technical issues, together with accompanying presentations. The role operates within a mixed marketplace including nuclear, civil infrastructure and large civil schemes which ensures a very diverse day to day workload.
Brief description this role:
Be fully aware and comply with all H&S standards
Assist in customer liaison to ensure satisfaction
Ensure engineering and technical matters comply with relevant codes and standards
Produce and review calculations, analyses, drawings, models, design documentation and technical reports
Assess implications of change and queries
Evaluate technical issues to develop solutions
Act as engineering lead and technical authority when required
Support business development opportunities
Required:
Degree in engineering with extensive experience
Chartered or working towards
Experience working in multi-discipline team, successfully delivering projects
Excellent communication skills
Experience of commercial and defence schemes
BPSS required
