Overview:
Our client is a well-respected letting company in Falkirk, who is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Property Manager. Job Information:
- Salary dependent on experience
- Mon-Fri, 35hrs per week. Permanent, Full Time Position. Office based.
- 28 days annual leave
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct property inventories, pre-tenancy checks, and exit inspections.
- Schedule and complete routine property inspections and manage void property maintenance.
- Liaise with the Maintenance team and Landlords regarding repairs, tenant requests, and consent.
- Handle deposit proposals, including collation of supporting quotes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous lettings experience and/or relevant qualification (LETWELL/Propertymark etc) preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational skills
- Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
- Familiar with databases and MS Office
- Full clean driving license required
